CSX are delighted to have yet again delivered a first – BNG section 106 in North Yorkshire.
Supporting our partner client Swinton Estate https://nourish.swintonestate.com/ CSX have been working closely with North Yorkshire County Council as they established their processes for supporting and delivering Biodiversity Net Gain.
We are proud to have been at the forefront of the first BNG section 106 agreements in North Yorkshire, delivering over 60 BNG units from the van Diemans project. These units include a range of area habitat types, including meadow, woodland and scrub, along with hedgerow linear BNG units.
CSX and Swinton Estate now look forward to supporting developers driving economic growth with the supply of these units to discharge off-site Biodiversity Net Gain obligations.
